Glitter Gel Toes

Just so that everyone knows I am now doing Glitter gel toes. I have done acrylics in the past and I have had several people ask about glitter toes so I decided that I would offer this service to anyone who is interested. I am charging $20.00 for a full set and I have about 18 different colors to offer.

Cherry Hill

We went this weekend up to the Layton area to Cherry Hill. It is a Koa and a water park all in one. We went with some of our really close family friends, the Little family. We spent two nights camping and one full day playing at the water park. I would totally suggest this vacation to anyone that likes to camp and play in the water. It was great for us because it wasn't to far and it was quit inexpensive, plus the kids had a total blast. Trevin found out that he really likes to play bad mitten and tried to convince anyone who was willing to play anytime we were back at the camp site. I found out that I am not a huge fan of sap dripping trees. It seemed that we got the one camp site with a tree that was dripping sap. Every time you came in the trailer you had to take off your shoes because the sap was making all the dead grass and other debre stick to you. Jay had a great time running around getting parts for random things that were braking on our 26 year old trailer. But all in all we still made the best of it and we would even do it again.

More of Trevins Photography

So I am sure that you all just want to see these darling photos that Trevin has decided to take. He has become quite the photographer lately, usually when I am working and I don't see him getting into the camera. He keeps asking if I will let him use my old digital camera and I can say that I do have some hesitations, although maybe letting him put it to some use would be good and it might just develop a hobby in him that he could really enjoy, who know? I know how depressing that all I have to show today is someone else's ideas. Oh well I guess that's just how the cookie crumbles.

Fourth of July

Happy Birthday America! We had a great fourth of July this year. We went up to Nana and Papa Johnson house for a brunch and ate papas famous dutch oven breakfast. I tried to be as feastive as possible so I dressed the kids in the usually red, white, and blue. This year I decided to make Teagan this bubble dress. I think it turned out pretty good and it was actually quite easy to make and she loved it to.

That night we had some of our friend over for a BBQ and then we watched some of the many fireworks that Jay decided to purchase at the last minute. The kids had so much fun with there friends and family that they just can't wait to do it again.

Tuckard Out...

After a long week it seems that everyone is totally tuckard out. I am lucky enough to have a great mother in law who was willing to keep my kids half of the week. You see two of there cousins where in town and they figured that they needed to spend as much time together as possible. So on Monday night they went up to Nana Marlenes and I just brought them home today. I tried to convince them to come home several times through out the week but they would just beg to stay and knowing marlene, she just couldn't say no. Finally today there cousins were heading home so I was able to get them home with out to much of a fight. As you can see, everyone is totally wasted, even the dogs (it must be contagious). Lucky for me I had a nice quite week with out to much to worry about. And it was really nice to catch up on somethings around the house and work with out anyone under my feet. Thanks so much Nana Marlene you gave me all that well needed Larra time I've been asking for.

Goofy Faces

This is the product of what happens when mom leaves her camera lying around. Trevin is in a stage where he just loves taking photos by himself, and occasionally someone else.

Moto-X

Our friends come over this last sunday for a BBQ and they brought with them there little motor bike. Trevin was in heaven, his dad let him ride it around the yard. I'm sure this will be the next big purchase that Jay just happens to bring home one day. Although after Jay chased after him around the yard all night I'm sure he might have second thoughts.

Lagoon

Well what can I say other than we had a total blast on Fathers day. We went up to Lagoon and spent the whole day with some good friends of ours, the Little family. The kids had a great time riding the rides and playing in the water fountain. I know I can't wait to do it again.

Art City Days 08

Nana Deb and all her grandkids.
The annual Art city days carnival. We always meet after the parade down at the library for the carnival where papa Larry forks out some hard earned cash for all the grandkids to ride a couple of rides. This year I wasn't feeling so great so my sisters picked up the slack and helped me out with my kids.

Battle Wounds

Trevin and the neighbor boys have started riding their bikes on the condies moto cross hills. This is what happens when you apply the front brakes only when you are going down hill. He came home histerical that he had flown over the handle bars, luckily nothing was broken and with in several minutes everything was back to normal other than some battle wounds.
