One of my favorite pass times is to quilt. I love the idea of taking different patterns and textures and turning them into something fun and cuddly. I bought a book years ago to make this quilt for my son and because it was more complex than I normally do I kept putting it off.
He's getting older and I was struggling with a idea for Christmas, one thing I do know about him is he is often time wrapped up in not just one but usually two or three blankets watching TV, playing the play station or his favorite jumping on the tramp with blankets as padding. So I decided to embark on this quilt, it is a buggy barn pattern and it was more time consuming but in the end I absolutely would do it again. I love it all the different colors and shapes and who doesn't just want to fall in love with all these cute puppies.
Needless to say he was ecstatic he uses it everyday.
